Never Lose a Job to a Missed Call
When a customer calls your shop and nobody can pick up — because you're under a sink, on a roof, or it's 7 pm — they hang up and call the next plumber on Google. This system answers that moment for you, automatically, under your business name.
How a missed call turns into a booked arrival window — no phone tag, no voicemail.
Watch it work (3 minutes)
A real missed call becoming a text, a booking, and a review request. Screen recording with captions — no talking head, no sales pitch.
Filmed once the demo system is built: the missed call, the automatic text, the questions, the arrival window, the review request.
How it works
No app to learn. Nothing for your crew to install. Your customers just text back — and you see every recovered call.
A call to your number goes unanswered.
Within about a minute, the caller gets a text from your business: sorry we missed you, what's going on?
They answer 2-3 quick questions (problem, urgency, area), then pick an arrival window — tomorrow morning or afternoon. No fake exact times: a text lets them know about 30 minutes before you arrive.
You get one clean summary text: the problem, the urgency, and the window they picked. You approve it with one tap — and only then is the customer confirmed. You decide the order of your calls.
After the job, the customer automatically gets a Google review request — so good work turns into more calls.
Booking a job goes from a 15-minute phone call — right in the middle of a job — to one tap on a text.
Not a generic answering tool. A plumber's system.
Most call-catching tools are built for every trade at once — dentists, roofers, salons, whoever pays. This one is built for a single trade: plumbing. That's why it asks about leaks and water heaters instead of "appointments", books arrival windows instead of fake exact times, sends 2 a.m. emergencies to your on-call plumber, can show your hourly rate before you roll, and hands you a morning recap of the calls that didn't book. Every detail comes from how a plumbing shop actually runs — because a plumber designed it, for plumbers only.
The offer
Installation is free — always — and everything is installed for you — you change nothing about how your crew works. And no sales call, ever: we get plumbers off the phone, not back on it.
Installation
Free
We build and configure everything for your shop from a short setup form you fill in once — no calls required, on the number your customers already call.
- No sales call. No pitch, no demo call, no “quick 30-minute chat” — you sign up online, fill in one short form, and we build everything from there.
- Your hours, services, service area, arrival windows, rates and after-hours rules — set up from your answers, exactly how your shop runs.
- Your business texting registration is prepared and filed for you — you just confirm your details.
- Tested on your number before it goes live — and you place the final test call yourself, so you see it work.
Monthly
$139 CAD/month
Your first month starts only when the system is live on your number. The plan includes up to 300 recovered-call conversations a month.
- 14-day guarantee: if it's not for you within 14 days of going live, one text and we refund everything you paid.
- No contract — cancel anytime with a text or an email.
- No cancellation fees, no surprises.
- Weekly report with your real numbers: every recovered call, and your conversation count for the month — so you can judge the value yourself.
Sign-up is a secure online payment: your first $139 CAD month — and that month only starts once the system is live on your number. Right after, you'll receive the short setup form.
What we need from you
One short setup form — about 10 minutes — and we build everything from there.
- A short setup form (about 10 minutes): your business hours, the services you offer — including whether you take heating or gas work, so requests outside your services are politely declined instead of booked — and your service area.
- Your Google review link (we'll show you where to find it if you don't have it handy).
- The business details needed for the texting registration (legal business name and business number) — the form explains exactly what's needed and why.
Honest details
- New business texting numbers go through an industry registration step that has to complete before messages go live. We start it the day you say yes and keep you posted.
- The registration also requires a business email address on your own domain (like you@yourcompany.com) — free addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud) are refused by the carriers' registry. If your shop only has a free email, write to us before signing up and we'll show you the quick fix.
- This is not a human answering service and it doesn't replace your crew's phone habits — it covers the calls that would otherwise leave no trace.
- We don't guarantee jobs. Your first month exists so you can measure, with your own numbers, whether recovering missed calls is worth $139 CAD a month to your shop.
- The $139 CAD plan includes up to 300 recovered-call conversations a month — enough for the normal missed-call use of a shop with up to 5 plumbers, which is where almost every shop stays. Shops that run busier, or that let the system take most of their calls, move to a bigger plan — 600 or 900 conversations — listed on our plans page. Your weekly report shows your exact count; we alert you at 80% and again at your limit, and when a limit is reached, new conversations pause until you move up or your counter resets — a conversation already under way always finishes. Nothing ever changes without your say-so — never a surprise charge.
Your setup, your rules — the choices on the form
- You approve everything. Every booking request waits for your one-tap approval — nothing is promised without you.
- Your morning signal. Reply AM, PM, BOTH or FULL to the 6:30 recap; it shapes the windows offered that day.
- Emergencies jump the line. Instant summary to you (or your on-call plumber at night), plus a callback.
- The 6:30 recap. Yesterday's callers who didn't book, in one text — your callback list.
- Voicemail isn't a dead end. If a caller leaves a voicemail instead, you get a text right away — and the recording is right there in the app to play.
- Your rates, your call. Optional rate card, quotable if you set one; quotes themselves never carry a price.
- Quote requests, handled right. Callers describe the job by text — photos welcome — and you price it on your callback or in person. A quote never goes out with a number on it.
- After-hours rates. The same rate around the clock, or a separate after-hours rate — you choose at setup.
- Your service periods. Nights, weekends and holidays, each on its own on/off switch.
- Two lines, one system. An office line and your own cell can feed the same system — windows and limits shared, summaries routed where you want them.
- English and French. French conversations can be switched on anytime — the caller picks their language, the system follows.
- The human door. Any caller can ask for a human callback instead of texting.
Each of these is set once, on the setup form — and you can change any of them later with a simple message.
After your first month
If the first month proves itself, the service continues at $139 CAD/month, month to month, same cancel-anytime terms.
If it doesn't, you cancel and keep everything we set up in your accounts.
